We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but should you have any reason to cancel of return an order we will gladly accept the goods back. Please read our returns policy below for further details.

Returns Policy

UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000 you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from DCI for a full refund. Please note that this does not apply to products such as pierced ear type earrings and necklace sets that include earrings which cannot be returned for hygiene purposes. These items are marked with the NR symbol on the product page. 

Please make all cancellations by email to customer services at info@dcifashion.co.uk quoting your order number as soon as possible, or if the order has already been dispatched, within 7 days of receiving the goods. Canceled goods must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:

Simply send an email to us at info@dcifashion.co.uk informing us that you wish to return an item and we will email you a returns form within 24 hours. Once completed send the item back to us at the address below. Items should be sent back within 14 days by a registered delivery service and proof of posting should be retained.

Additional notes:

We will issue a full refund within 7 days once we have received the item back, or if preferred, provide an exchange for another item. The cost of returning goods are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot accept returns where the the goods are not in the original packaging and / or labels or tags have been removed. Your statutory rights are not effected.
